Have a home you would like to rent?  Let the Atlanta Real Estate Guys help you find a tenant.  We work with homeowners throughout Metro Atlanta, and we know just how to locate people that are ready to rent your property.  We offer an effective screening process as well as the experience necessary to ensure you, and your property, are protected in the end.  There are levels of service we make available to our clients. All fees are collected only after you have collected the first month's rent.  1) Let Us List Your Home for Lease -- This is the full service-package.  We will gladly represent you, and your interests throughout the entire process.  We will take pictures of the inside and out, market your home on FMLS and MLS where every licensed agent in the Metro Atlanta area will be able to view your property, add your home to not only our website, but the numerous websites that feed off ours such as Rent.com., process applications and run credit checks on all applicants, and make sure the lease and other recommended paperwork is filled out correctly to avoid issues for you down the road. 

2) Strictly Marketing Your Home Online -- For a lesser fee, we will be happy to simply add your property to not only our website, but the many other websites which tap into www.atlantarealestateguys.com nationwide.  Just as with option #1, we only collect our fee once you have a viable tenant in place who found you through us and you have received the first month's rent.  If you wish to maintain control over the rental process yourself, and are comfortable working with potential tenants directly, this may be the best choice for you. 3) Property Management Services -- If you would like, we can also manage your property after your tenant moves in. We can hold your tenants security deposit in an escrow account, collect the monthly rent check on your behalf, ensure HOA dues are paid on time, address any repairs and required maintenence, and a number of other services which may be required with any rental property.
